Peace Lutheran Church is pleased to announce that the Harvard Chamber Singers will be performing at the church on May 30 at 7:00 p.m. Founded in 1993, the Chamber Singers is the early music ensemble of the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum, Harvard’s select mixed choir. As part of their 2010 Chicago & Milwaukee Tour, the Chamber Singers are proud to present “Music of the Renaissance: Old World and New.”
The program will feature a careful selection of pieces from both Europe and the part of New Spain now known as Mexico. Tickets are limited for this engagement and may be purchased at Peace Lutheran Church, 17651 West Small Road, New Berlin, calling the church at 262-679-0292, or sending a self-addressed stamped envelope with payment to the church. Checks should be made out to Peace Lutheran Church with ‘chamber singers’ in the memo of the check. Tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the door.
