New Berlin Community Band Invites Public
To Free Concert On March 5
The New Berlin Community Band, under the direction of Jay Huenink, will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 5 at the New Berlin Free Methodist Church, 2975 S. Sunnyslope Rd. This free concert will include a variety of concert band selections, as well as small ensemble pieces featuring individual sections of the band.
The band is supported by member dues, fund-raisers and contributions from ABB, Shecterle Enterprises (Culver's on National Avenue in New Berlin), New Berlin Animal Hospital, New Berlin Eagles, Landmark Credit Union, Highland Memorial Park, New Berlin Lions and Bartle Jewelers, as well as in-kind donations from VFW Post 5716 and the New Berlin Free Methodist Church for the use of their facilities. Additional donations will be accepted at the door or may be sent to: New Berlin Community Band, P.O. Box 510364, New Berlin, WI 53151.
