 Topics: Barb will explore natural therapies, healthy eating and self help for everyday health concerns. Experience therapeutic essential oils to aid in pain relief, inflammation and digestion. Learn about the history of these methods and their use in healing. Learn about acupressure points with a self help method called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help alleviate everyday stress, tension and pains.
