Candidate forum on March 22 to include District 2 candidates, start at 12:30 p.m.

The Rotary Club of New Berlin will host a forum for common council and school board candidates on Saturday, March 22 at New Berlin West High School, 18695 W. Cleveland Ave.

District 2 Alderman Laura Kavala is being challenged by Charles Garrigues. Their portion of the forum will run from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. The forum will then continue for the school board candidates.

Scheduled to appear are incumbents Dave Maxey (president) and Arthur Marquardt, along with challenger Amy Crosby. Their forum will take place from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Both forums will take place in the school’s library. Citizens are welcome to attend and pose questions of the candidates. Park and enter along the west side of the building.
