Nets (New Berlin Police) 22, Knicks 15:  It was a close game with the nets pulling away after halftime but the Knicks never gave up.  The Nets were led in scoring by Gabby Majinski with 14 points and Maria Skoufis with 4 points, and Kayla Olson and Natalia Vasic with 2 points each.  It was a great defensive effort by the whole team.

Girls Juniors

Rockets (New Berlin Fire) 28, Suns (New Berlin Police) 10:  The Rocket ran the court hard and had many breakaway passes that turned into scoring opportunities.  Rocket steals for the game included Elise Arnas with eight, while Rachel Rasmussen and Jenna Linssen had seven each and Morgan Lynch contributed two.  At the end of the first half, the score was 22-0.  The Rockets expanded on their team growth and utilized some position changes in the second half which enabled some new point guards the opportunity of seeing what is needed to pass the ball to their open teammates, and they did very well in this transitioning.  Lead rebounders for the Rockets were Jenna Linssen with 15, Rachel Rasmussen with 8, Ruwandi Wijenayake with 5, Elise Arnas with 4, and Morgan Lynch and Kayla Moran with 2 each. Leading scorers for the Rockets were Jenna Linssen with 16, Morgan Lynch and Ruwandi Wienayake with 4 each, and Elise Arnas and Kayla Moran with 2 each.
