West Youth Football sets registration March 11

New Berlin West Youth Football has set registration for grades three through eight from 6 to 8 p.m. March 11 at West High School.

West Baseball Boosters set Casino Fundraiser

The New Berlin West Baseball Booster Club is holding it's 8th Annual Casino Night Fundraiser at the New Berlin Ale House on March 16.

Muskego fifth-grade team 11th in state tourney

The Muskego fifth-grade girls basketball team finished 11th in the Wisconsin State Invitational Championship Tournament on Feb. 16-17.

Muskego played in Division 1 and went 3-3 for the event.

The Warriors lost to Bay Port, 34-14, and beat De Pere, 22-17, and Appleton East, 32-15, in pool play. Muskego lost to Kimberly, 28-10, in the round of 16, then fell to Manitowoc Lincoln, 29-24, in the consolation semifinal.

Muskego topped Stevens Point, 27-23, in the 11th-place contest.

Wanaki Swingers accepting new members

The Wanaki Swingers, a Tuesday morning women's nine-hole golf league at Wanaki Golf Course, is accepting new members for the 2013 season.

Spring tryouts for the Wisconsin RAP boys and girls club basketball season will be under way soon.

HLC set basketball tryouts for March 10

Higher Level Camps have set AAU Traveling team tryouts for boys and girls from fourth through 11th grades for March 10 at Greenfield High School, 4800 S. 60th St.

Tryouts begin at 9 a.m.

Teams needed for RAP Basketball tourney

Teams are needed for the Wisconsin RAP Youth Basketball Tournament on May 25 and May 26.

The tournament is open to teams in grade levels four through eight for both boys and girls. Each team is guaranteed three games.
