Public Forum:
Kudos to Ray McInerny Sr. for his article in the April 23 issue identifying the current state of the republic.
I don't know if his article will have an impact on the 71 percent of eligible voters in New Berlin who were so absorbed with their personal self-interests that they failed to vote in the last election.
They deserve the results of their apathy.
