Amanda Lauren Florek and Peter James Gratz are planning an April 14, 2012, wedding at the Church of Gesu in Milwaukee.
Parents of the couple are Mark and Debbie Florek of New Berlin and Bernard and Sandra Gratz of Greenfield.
The bride-to-be earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Mich. She is an attorney with Kohner, Mann and Kailas S.C.
The future groom earned his degree in architectural drafting and construction technology from Waukesha Area Technical College. He is a senior draftsman with Roofing Consultants Ltd.
The couple became engaged Nov. 11, 2010, on the riverwalk in downtown Grand Rapids.
