Kristin Slattery and Jack Kaminski, both of New Berlin, are planning a July 30, 2010, wedding at the Alverno College Chapel.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Michael and Kimberly Slattery of New Berlin and Christopher and Kelly Collins of Tampa, Fla. Parents of the future groom are Ed and Carol Kaminski of New Berlin.

The bride-to-be, a 2002 graduate of New Berlin Eisenhower High School, earned her bachelor's degree in business and management from Alverno College in 2006. She is pursuing her law degree at Marquette University.

The future groom, a 2002 graduate of New Berlin Eisenhower High School, earned his bachelor's degree in studio art from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2008. He is pursuing his master's degree in biomedical visualization at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

The couple became engaged in December 2008 in Chicago.
