Nancy Ann Helgerson

Nancy Ann Helgerson (nee Rudzinski) of New Berlin died Aug. 3, 2009, at age 54, after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was a longtime active member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church. She had worked at First Wisconsin Bank (First Star, U. S. Bank) for 24 years and had recently worked at Reformation Lutheran Church as a secretary.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Danny; children, Erik and Melanie Helgerson; parents, Clarence and Audrey Rudzinski; sister, Debra De Rosier; nephew, David De Rosier; mother-in-law, Patricia Ann (the late Douglas M.) Helgerson; uncles, Matthew Gentilli and Sylvester Rudzinski; cousins, Sandy Gentilli, Laurie Nelson, Curt Rudzinski and Kim Gill; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her aunts, Delores Gentilli and Pat Rudzinski; uncle, Robert Rudzinski; and cousin, Robert Gentilli.

Memorial service was Aug. 7 at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, Brookfield. Inurnment was at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Church and Chapel Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
