Burglary Prevention Tips On September's Mission: Possible

Police Department Cable Show Information

MISSION: POSSIBLE-Episode Fifty-three

Episode fifty-three introduces our newly appointed School Resource Officer (SRO) at New Berlin West, Officer Steve Thompson.  Thompson and Eisenhower SRO Paul Kaye will be giving students and parents some back to school tips for the new school year.

After that our cameras stop at the municipal courtroom, where the New Berlin Rotary Club donated the proceeds from a recent golf outing to purchase new defibrillators for the police department.

To finish up, Crime Prevention experts Dan Hanlon and Tony Fus walk us through a residential security survey and give us dozens of useful tips for keeping your home safe from burglars.  This segment is being re-broadcast from last year, after a recent daytime burglary spree in the city.  Please watch this very informative segment.

You can get the monthly show schedule on the city's website at http://www.newberlin.org/.  Click on "Police Department" and then click on "Mission: Possible" or check in the New Berlin/Muskego NOW newspaper (first issue of each month has the current episode's topics and schedule.)   You can also go to the New Berlin NOW website at http://www.newberlinnow.com/ to get a monthly schedule.  Each episode of Mission: Possible is also available at the New Berlin Public Library on DVD for you to check out.
