Observations

What Does Eligibility Mean?

Article 2, Section 1 of our Constitution says that "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President."

Where are the Civil Servants?


Crowds jamming the streets and in our state Capitol Building protesting the fact that collective bargaining may be taken from them and they may have to pay into their health care and retirement benefits seems odd. All this protesting is being done during the workday. If they can afford to be docked for not working how much less would it be to “pay” their fair share. The thugs that run these unions care little for their membership, and very little if “we” as a state can afford the path toward financial destruction.

We’ve had several private sector companies who were asked, and gave concessions in order to save jobs. What these members pay for health care and retirement is far and above what the “civil” servants were being asked to pay.

What Did I Miss?

If I"m not badly mistaken aren't the New Berlin Schools open? Haven't they been open all during this invasion by the imported thugs in Madison?  I haven't heard that the local schools are closed so I will continue on that premise.

There are so many shortcomings that we usually notice concerning our schools that it seems odd that nothing has been said about our schools being open. From another perspective I guess that would be normal as we generallly don't notice when things are going right.
