Construction update November 23 –November 29:
I-94 North-South Freeway Project update for Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties

All closures are weather-dependent and subject to change.
New long-term closures are BOLD.

MILWAUKEE COUNTY

Monday, NOVEMBER 23

Double Lane Closure I-94 WEST (SB) Edgerton to Rawson 9:30pm – 5:30am

Tuesday, NOVEMBER 24

Full Closure of I-94 EAST (SB) exit to Airport Spur 9:30pm – 5:30am

Triple Lane Closure I-94 EAST (SB) Edgerton to Rawson 9:30pm – 5:30am

Wednesday, NOVEMBER 25

THANKSGIVING WEEKEND - No Work after 12pm

Thursday, NOVEMBER 26 - Sunday, NOVEMBER 29

Only long term closures in effect.

LONG TERM CLOSURES IN MILWAUKEE COUNTY
- Single lane closures on NB 27th St between Layton Ave. and Bottsford Ave; both directions of traffic will travel on the new 27th St NB Bridge over I-894/I-43 until early December

- Double lane closure SB 27th St between Layton Ave. and Bottsford Ave; both directions of traffic will travel on the new 27th St NB Bridge over I-894/I-43 until early December

- Full Closure of I-894/43 EB entrance ramp from SB 27^th St SB until mid December

- Full Closure of I-894/43 EB exit ramp to 27^th St until mid December

- Access to 27th St from Bottsford closed. Access from 27th St to Bottsford open for NB right turn only until December

RACINE AND KENOSHA COUNTIES

Monday, NOVEMBER 23

Single Lane Closure I-94 EAST (SB) WIS 50 to WI/IL State Line (new lanes 2 & 3 open on new SB roadway - new lane 1 remains closed) until 11/25

Single Lane Closure I-94 EAST (SB) WIS 50 to WI/IL State Line 9:30pm-5:30am

Tuesday, NOVEMBER 24

Single Lane Closure I-94 EAST (SB) WIS 50 to WI/IL State Line (new lanes 2 & 3 open on new SB roadway - new lane 1 remains closed) until 11/25

Single Lane Closure I-94 WEST (NB) from WIS 165 to County C 9:30pm – 5:30am

Wednesday, NOVEMBER 25

West Frontage Road between County C and WIS 50 Reopens at Noon

County C at I-94 Reopens at Noon

I-94 EAST (SB) Ramps at County C Reopens at Noon

I-94 EAST (SB) Reopens to 3 lanes between WIS 50 and WI/IL State Line at Noon

THANKSGIVING WEEKEND - No Work after 12:00pm

Thursday, NOVEMBER 26 – Sunday, NOVEMBER 29

- Single Lane Closure I-94 WEST (NB) Russell Rd to Des Plaines River until December

- Single Lane Closure I-94 EAST (SB) WIS 50 to WI/IL State Line (new lanes 2 & 3 open on new SB roadway - new lane 1 remains closed) until 11/25

- Single lane closure of WIS 50 entrance ramp to I-94 EAST (SB) until December

- West Frontage Road between County C and WIS 50 Reopens at Noon 11/25

- Full Closure of I-94 WEST (NB) exit and entrance ramps at County G until August 2010

- Full Closure of I-94 EAST (SB) entrance and exit ramps at County G closed until December

- Full Closure of I-94 EAST (SB) exit ramp at County G Weigh Station until December

- Full Closure of County G bridge over I-94 until December

- I-94 EAST (SB) entrance and exit ramps at County C Reopens at Noon 11/25

- County C at I-94 until Reopens at Noon 11/25
