Jet Crash
When I heard yesterday that a plane had crashed on takeoff at the Denver airport, I went online for an updated news report.
The internet can be so useful. I found out that it wasn't our son's flight, which was such a relief.
Apparently, several people were injured in the accident.
The airport mishap did cause our son's flight from Denver to Wisconsin to be delayed for several hours.
We used the internet to monitor his flight status and estimated time of arrival.
We are thankful that our son arrived safely. My husband picked him up at Mitchell Airport around l a.m today.
It is so nice having all of our adult "kids" home with us for the Christmas holidays.
Not everyone is so fortunate.
We hope and pray that the people who were injured in the fiery jet crash recover soon and that there are no fatalities.
