Four SDNB Schools Earn ENERGY STAR Awards for Efficiency
Four schools in the School District of New Berlin (SDNB) — Ronald Reagan, Poplar Creek, Orchard Lane and Elmwood — have earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) ENERGY STAR certification. The schools are performing in the top 25 percent of similar buildings nationwide for energy efficiency and meet strict energy efficiency performance levels set by the EPA.
Elmwood Staff Helps the Hunger Task Force
Armed with jars of peanut butter, staff at Elmwood Elementary School joined forces on Saturday morning to help sort food at the Hunger Task Force in Milwaukee.
