Reconstruction Work Begins, Greenfield Avenue Bridge Over I-894/US 45

During the week of January 21, 2013, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation plans to begin removal of the Greenfield Avenue bridge over I-894/US 45.  Traffic changes in the area include closure of Greenfield Avenue between 106th Street and 96th Street.  The eastbound on-ramp to northbound US 45 and the eastbound/westbound on-ramp to southbound US 45 will also be closed.  Greenfield Avenue from 97th Street to 98th Street and 101st Street to 106th Street will be open to local/business traffic only. To find out more about this closure and other planned changes to the Zoo Interchange, you may visit the DOT’s website dedicated to the project by clicking here
