Romney Even Less Popular Than Bush

Elections

A national survey conducted by Bloomberg News and released last week, found that former president George W. Bush got a favorability rating of 46, while Mitt Romney's rating was only 43 percent.

Also, 49 percent of respondents gave Bush an unfavorability rating, compared to 50 percent of respondents who gave Romney an unfavorable rating.

Did you know that earlier this year, Bush was named the most unpopular living U.S. president?   (See CNN poll results reported by Huffington post 6/7/12)

"Romney has avoided mentioning Bush's name while campaigning across the country, often referring to the former president only as Obama's "predecessor".  Bush was also noticeably absent from the Republican National Convention in Tampa in August, but has stated his support of Romney."
