Conservatively Speaking

State Senator Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) represents parts of four counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Walworth. Her Senate District 28 includes New Berlin, Franklin, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, Waterford, Big Bend, the town of Vernon and parts of Greenfield, East Troy, and Mukwonago. Senator Lazich has been in the Legislature for more than a decade. She considers herself a tireless crusader for lower taxes, reduced spending and smaller government.

Job Numbers on Pace; Work Remains

Governor Walker issued a press release today noting that Wisconsin has a net job creation of 9,500 new jobs, giving us 39,300 private sector jobs created since January keeping us on pace to surpass the Governor’s stated goal of creating 250,000 private sector jobs in his first four years.  However, there are still too many Wisconsinites looking for work, and I will continue to focus on job creation in the coming months.
