Results Are In
Today’s newspaper reports that the recount held in the state primary race (Republican) for the 84th Assembly District did not change the original results.
New Berlin resident Mike Kuglitsch is the winner. Kuglitsch had 4,496 votes and John Marek had 4,323.
Marek had requested the recount.
Kuglitch will face Democrat Don Vanpool.
The 84th Assembly District includes New Berlin, Hales Corners, and parts of the Town and City of Waukesha.
